Mini Automatic Winder Operating Manual

Product Information

1. This mini automatic winder can be wound in either pipe or wire. Suitable for 5-meter(16 inches) hose. Withthe ratchet inside, the winder can lock the hose or wire after pulling out a certain length.

2. The air pipe of the winder ( 5*8*5M PU network tube) can be connected to various pneumatic tools when in use, such as pneumatic screwdrivers in the workshop, pneumatic nail guns, or dust guns to blow dust and so on.

3. The wire of the winder (outer diameter: 8MM*5M) can be used to store the wire of the hair dryer in hairdressing shop. It can be used at any length and can be recovered perfectly after use.

4. The winder is suitable for indoor use, often used in factory production workshop assembly line, multimedia classroom, barbershop, car repair factory and so on.

5. The machine case material of the winder is PP material with high toughness, with a thickness of 3 mm. It is solid and durable,but cannot be dropped from a high place.

Product Installation

1. Can be installed in the factory workshop assembly line on each station, can also be installed on the wall or the ceiling. Can be installed horizontally or vertically, and vertical installation can expand its working range by swing 160 degrees.

2. Due to its small size, the winder can be used for hidden installation in a box or under a desk to make the working environment cleaner.

3. Each expansion bolt and nut should be fixed firmly during installation. Check whether it is loose during use.                                              

Product Instructions and Cautions

1. Pull out a certain length of the winder according to the work needs. Let go and it is locked after a "click" sound. Pull out a small section more to unlock the winder to retract. Repeat above mentioned operation to adjust the length of the use.

2. Grasp the hose when it is retracting. If left alone to retract naturally, some parts of the product may be damaged due to rapid retraction, or the hose may be damaged due to collision with things around in the rapid retraction process.

Iv. Removal of minor product faults :(see attached product structure picture)

1. In the process of use, there is often dust or dirt on the surface of the hose, which will cause the hose to overlap when retracting if not removed, resulting in extra space occupation and blocking. Therefore, the hose should be wiped clean with a wet cloth before it is retracted.

2. .  It is a normal phenomenon if the hose can't be retracted sometimes. Please pull out the hose again and then it will retract. Repeat the operation if the hose still cannot retract.
