Product Accuracy: We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our fume extractors. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Industrial Use: Our products are designed for specific industrial/soldering/3D printing applications. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the product meets their local safety standards and specific workspace requirements.

1.Performance and Intended Use Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" for use. While KNOKOO fume extractors are designed to high industrial standards, we do not warrant that the operation of the product will be 100% uninterrupted or that it will eliminate 100% of all airborne contaminants in every specific environment.
2.Health & Safety Disclaimer
KNOKOO shall not be held liable for any health issues, respiratory conditions, or injuries resulting from improper installation, failure to replace filters as instructed, or use of the product outside its intended specifications (e.g., using a light-duty extractor for heavy-duty industrial chemical processing).
3.Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KNOKOO or our directors, or employees be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage, arising out of the use or inability to use the products.
4.Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KNOKOO’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product that caused the claim.
5.Environmental Factors
We are not responsible for the failure of the product due to external factors such as power surges, extreme environmental conditions, or third-party modifications made to the equipment without our written consent.
6. Disclaimer Regarding Effectiveness
The purification effect is affected by factors such as smoke concentration, ventilation conditions, usage duration, and the airtightness of the space. The parameters we advertise are measured under standard laboratory conditions and do not constitute an absolute guarantee of actual effectiveness.
