Unless otherwise stated, all product prices listed on our website are EXW (Ex Works) and do not include shipping costs, insurance, or handling fees.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For bulk orders or specialized industrial equipment, shipping rates are subject to the actual dimensions and destination.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 7-15 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local postal service issues.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Due to the weight and special nature of smoke extraction systems, some orders may be split into multiple packages or shipped via specialized freight services.

For large freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to arrange a specific delivery time.

Our products are large-scale industrial equipment with significant weight. During transportation, internal components or outer packaging may be prone to damage due to squeezing or collision.

Mandatory Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging immediately.

Signing Protocol: If any obvious damage is seen, you MUST mark "Damaged" on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Claims: If the order you received is damaged, please contact the carrier within 48 hours to make a claim, and email our customer service at angelo.gong@knokoo.com.

Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claim process.

KNOKOO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

We provide standard commercial invoices and packing lists to assist with your local customs clearance.
