Made of oleophilic ultra-fine fiber non-woven fabric, it can quickly absorb oil stains dozens of times its own weight. Since the oil-absorbing cotton absorbs grease too quickly, the replacement frequency is relatively high.

3. Black washed cotton

material: polyurethane sponge material

features: The material is water-resistant, supports multiple washing (gentle hand washing), restores filtering performance after drying, and has a lifespan that is 3 times that of ordinary primary cotton. Application: FES350PRO and above high-power smoke extractors.

3. Maintenance and purchase suggestions

Replacement cycle: depends on the frequency of use and the degree of pollution . Usually replaced every 1 to 3 months. If blocked, it needs to be replaced in advance. High dust environment: Replace when dust accumulation exceeds 70%. Material selection: When purchasing, choose the corresponding material according to the pollution type (dust/oil mist) and equipment specifications. For oily smoke, choose oil-absorbing cotton + activated carbon .
